2026-27 PGHL Season Update

Dear Girls Hockey Community,

It has been brought to our attention that over the past few weeks the Anaheim Lady Ducks have been actively working to dismantle the PGHL. They have misled programs during this process, stating that all other clubs were on board with not playing in the league this upcoming season.

We want to be perfectly clear: we WILL be operating the PGHL this season, and are encouraging any and all teams that have been made to believe that the league was no longer happening to get your teams signed up in a timely manner, as the information you were presented is false.

Our league was created to provide girls with the opportunity to compete against each other in the most cost-effective way possible. It is our mission to continue operating as an inclusive league that is supportive to ALL clubs on the west coast, regardless of their size and level of influence.

We encourage you to speak with your club administrators directly to ensure your voice is heard. We have always been transparent and will continue to do so. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. We are available to discuss this with you at any time.
